Redeem a Code
Use the Conscherry redemption page to apply an eligible code to your account.
Before you begin
- Sign in to the Conscherry account that should receive the reward.
- Have the complete code ready. Codes use the format
ABCDE-FGHIJ-KLMNO-PQRST. - Only use codes received through official Conscherry channels. Do not purchase codes from untrusted resellers or share a full code in direct messages.
Redeem your code
- Go to conscherry.com/redeem.
- Enter your code. Spaces are removed automatically, and letters are treated as uppercase.
- Select Check code to confirm that the code can be redeemed.
- Review the result. If the code is valid, select Redeem code.
- Review the confirmation dialog, then select Confirm redeem.
- If prompted, complete the additional verification step using your authenticator or backup code, an email verification code, or a passkey.
When redemption succeeds, the page confirms the reward. Wallet credits appear in your wallet, and points awards appear on your points page.
Redemption cannot be undone from account settings. Confirm that you are signed in to the intended account before selecting Confirm redeem.
If your code does not work
Check that you entered every character correctly and that you selected Check code before attempting to redeem it. A code may be unavailable because it has expired, was already redeemed, is restricted by its campaign terms, or has been voided for abuse.
