Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We use Cookies and related technologies (such as scripts/tags) to secure the Service, store preferences, and analyze limited engagement behavior.

Where required by law, non-essential cookies are enabled only after consent. You can update Your preferences through cookie controls and browser settings.
For implementation-level details, see Our Cookie Policy.
3.2 Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Service,

3.3 Legal Bases (where required)
Depending on applicable law, We process data under one or more of:
- contract necessity,
- legitimate interests (for example service security and abuse prevention),
- consent,
- legal obligation.
4. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Personal Data
We may share Personal Data with:
- Service Providers supporting hosting, database, cache, email, and infrastructure operations,
- Service Providers supporting customer support, object storage, and infrastructure operations,
- monitoring and status providers used to assess uptime and incident visibility,
- professional advisors under confidentiality duties,
- authorities where legally required,
- counterparties in mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, or other business transfers.
If You choose to use third-party identity or integration providers, relevant account/identifier data is exchanged with those providers as part of Your requested authentication or linking action.
We do not sell Personal Data for money.
5. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries outside Your own. Where legally required, We apply appropriate transfer safeguards and supplementary measures.
6. Retention of Your Personal Data
We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required by law, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal defense.
We may delete or anonymize data earlier when no longer needed. Residual encrypted copies may remain in limited-duration backups under normal backup-retention schedules.
Certain security and verification artifacts (for example one-time verification challenges, anti-abuse counters, and audit records) use shorter operational retention windows or are retained for security/legal defense depending on context.
See Our Data Retention Schedule for category-level retention guidance.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on Your jurisdiction, You may have rights to:
- access,
- correction,
- deletion,
- portability,
- objection or restriction,
- withdrawal of consent,
- appeal of denied requests (where required).
You may submit rights requests at contact@conscherry.com or via https://conscherry.com/help.
Deleting Your Account through the Service closes access to the Account and removes core account credentials. It does not necessarily remove every record associated with the Account immediately; for example, transaction, security, support, and other records may be retained where necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. You may use the Data Rights Request process to request deletion of eligible Personal Data.
8. Account Self-Service Options
Depending on feature availability, You may be able to:
- export account data,
- delete Your account,
- update profile details,
- manage sessions, passkeys, and multi-factor authentication methods.
Account export may include profile/account metadata, notification preferences, active session metadata, linked integration references, security event history, wallet and points data, and social account data associated with Your Account. Exported categories and record volumes may be limited for security and operational reasons.
Account deletion workflows may require security verification (for example password and/or second factor checks) before destructive actions are applied.
9. Children's Privacy
Our account features are not intended for children under 13. If We learn that personal information was provided in violation of this policy, We will take reasonable steps to investigate and remove it.
Where local law sets a higher age threshold or requires parental consent, local requirements apply.
10. Security of Your Personal Data
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including secure session controls, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and security monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
For sensitive account actions, We may require step-up verification and maintain security audit logs to investigate suspicious activity and protect users.
11. Third-Party Links and Integrations
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites and may support third-party sign-in/integration providers (for example Google, Discord, Steam, Epic Games, and Unity). When You use one of these features, the provider may receive information necessary to authenticate or link Your Account, and We may receive provider identifiers and profile information that the provider makes available for that purpose. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
