This page explains how You can submit privacy rights requests regarding Your personal information.

1. Rights You May Request

• deletion of eligible personal information,
• export/portability of eligible data,
• withdrawal of consent,
• opt-out rights where applicable under law,
• appeal of denied requests.

To help Us process Your request efficiently, include:

• Your account email and/or username,
• the specific right You want to exercise,
• Your location (country/state),
• details that help identify relevant records.

3. Identity Verification

To protect account and data security, We verify identity before fulfilling rights requests. Verification requirements vary based on request sensitivity and risk.

If We cannot verify identity, We may request additional information or deny the request as permitted by law.

4. Response Timelines

We acknowledge and process requests within timelines required by applicable law.

Where additional time is permitted and necessary, We will provide notice consistent with legal requirements.

5. Authorized Agents

Where law allows, authorized agents may submit requests on Your behalf. We may require written proof of authorization and verification of both agent and consumer identity.

6. Appeals

If We deny a request, We will provide reason(s) where required and explain available appeal procedures in jurisdictions that provide appeal rights.

7. Self-Service Controls

Depending on account capabilities, You may be able to complete some actions directly through the Service, including:

• updating profile information,
• exporting account data,
• deleting or closing Your account,
• managing account security settings.

The signed-in Data Rights page lets You submit authenticated access, correction, deletion, and applicable opt-out requests, and view requests submitted from Your Account. Portability requests can be fulfilled through the account data export control.

Closing or deleting an Account through a self-service control does not replace a privacy rights request for records that may be retained separately for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, support, or other disclosed purposes. To request deletion of eligible Personal Information beyond the Account-access workflow, use the request methods in Section 2.
