Discord Labs Terms of Service

By accessing or using Discord Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Conscherry ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Discord Labs, for your use of labs.conscherry.com and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account, submitting a bot, or using the Service, you confirm that: - You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). - You have authority to accept these Terms. - You will comply with these Terms and applicable law. - Information you provide is accurate and current.

If you use the Service for an organization, you represent you can bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Discord Labs is a community-driven Discord bot discovery platform. Features may include: - Searchable bot directory with categories and filters. - Discord OAuth2 authentication. - Bot submission and management tools. - Usage statistics and analytics. - Reviews and ratings. - API access. - Favorites and recommendations.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must use Discord OAuth2 for account creation and agree to: - Provide complete and accurate information. - Keep your account secure. - Notify us of unauthorized access. - Be responsible for account activity.

3.2 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for: - Violating these Terms. - Fraudulent or illegal activity. - Abuse of the Service or other users. - Extended inactivity. - Other reasons at our discretion.

You may delete your account at any time; your right to use the Service ends on termination.

4. Bot Submissions

4.1 Submission Requirements

When submitting a bot, you represent that: - You own the bot or have permission to list it. - It complies with Discord Terms and Developer Policy. - It complies with Discord Labs Submission Guidelines. - Listing details are accurate and not misleading. - It contains no malicious or unlawful content.

4.2 Review Process

All submissions are subject to review. We may: - Reject any submission. - Request changes before approval. - Remove approved bots that violate policy. - Update review criteria.

4.3 Content License

By submitting a listing, you grant Discord Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to: - Display listing text and visual assets. - Use bot name/logo/screenshots in platform and promotions. - Resize/optimize assets for display. - Show public bot statistics. - Include bots in search, recommendations, and category listings.

You retain ownership of your bot and content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: - Violate laws or regulations. - Infringe intellectual property rights. - Submit false or deceptive information. - Engage in spam, phishing, or fraud. - Attempt unauthorized system access. - Scrape/collect data without permission. - Disrupt Service operations. - Upload malware or harmful code. - Harass or harm users. - Manipulate reviews or statistics. - Circumvent restrictions via multiple accounts. - Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

Discord Labs content, features, and functionality are owned by Conscherry and protected by intellectual property law. "Discord Labs" marks and branding may not be used without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to third-party websites/services/bots. Discord Labs is not responsible for third-party content, functionality, safety, or related losses.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, reliability, and uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conscherry and Discord Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business interruption, or substitute service costs.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conscherry and Discord Labs from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, Terms violations, rights violations, bot operation, or user disputes.

11. Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

12. DMCA and Copyright Policy

If you believe your copyrighted work is infringed on the Service, send a notice including: - Description of copyrighted work. - Location of infringing material. - Your contact information. - Good-faith statement of unauthorized use. - Accuracy/authority statement. - Physical or electronic signature.

13. Changes to Terms
