Reset password and recover account access
Use this guide when
- You forgot your password.
- You can access your email, but cannot log in.
- You need to recover access safely.
Reset your password
- Go to Forgot password.
- Enter your account email.
- Submit the request.
- Open the reset email and follow the link.
- Set a new, strong password.
- Log in again.
If you do not receive the email
- Wait up to 10 minutes.
- Check spam/junk/promotions folders.
- Confirm you entered the correct email.
- Retry once from the forgot-password page.
Password requirements (recommended)
- Minimum 8+ characters
- Unique password not used on other sites
- Mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
After regaining access
Immediately review Account Security:
- Change the password again if a compromise is suspected.
- Revoke unfamiliar sessions.
- Enable or reconfigure 2FA.
- Verify email status.
If account recovery still fails
Submit a helpdesk ticket with:
- Username
- Account email
- Approximate time you requested a reset
- Any error messages you saw
