Kindbot Terms of Service

By using Kindbot ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

Kindbot is a Discord bot that provides kindness, self-care, and positive community features, including but not limited to:

- Daily prompts and affirmations

- Acts of kindness tracking

- Journaling and self-reflection tools

- Community engagement and support features

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

- Use the Bot in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

- Do not exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Bot

- Do not use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the Bot

- Do notharass, abuse, or harm other users

- Do not use the Bot for any illegal or harmful activities

4. Data Collection and Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

5. Account Actions

We reserve the right to:

- Suspend or terminate access to the Bot for violations of these terms

- Reset user data as needed for maintenance or balancing

- Modify or remove features at any time without prior notice

- Remove or modify user-generated content that violates our policies

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot
• We are not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or technical issues
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Bot

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the Bot shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where the Bot operator resides.
