Moneta Terms of Service

By using Moneta ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

Moneta is a Discord bot that provides virtual economy, gaming, and entertainment features, including but not limited to:

- Virtual currency and banking systems

- Item collection and trading

- Mini-games and gambling features

- Leveling and progression systems

- Marketplace and trading functionality

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

- Use the Bot in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

- Do not exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Bot

- Do not use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the Bot

- Do not attempt to manipulate the economy or engage in fraudulent activities

- Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users

- Do not use the Bot for any illegal activities

4. Virtual Currency and Items

  • All virtual currency, items, and assets within the Bot have no real-world monetary value
  • Virtual items and currency are provided for entertainment purposes only
  • We reserve the right to modify, remove, or reset virtual economies at any time
  • Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money or goods outside the Bot
  • We are not responsible for any loss of virtual items or currency

5. Account Actions

We reserve the right to:

- Suspend or terminate access to the Bot for violations of these terms

- Reset user data or economies as needed for maintenance or balancing

- Modify or remove features at any time without prior notice

- Remove or modify user-generated content that violates our policies

6. Data Collection and Privacy

7. Premium Features and Subscriptions

  • Premium features may be offered through Discord's subscription system or other payment methods
  • All sales are final unless otherwise required by law
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue premium features
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with Discord's policies and applicable laws

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot
  • We are not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or technical issues
  • We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Bot

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the Bot shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where the Bot operator resides.
